Good facilitation skills can overcome most of these impediments and provide a mechanism for productive exchanges of information. This workshop will use a combination of lectures and interactive exercises to provide the skill sets necessary to become better facilitators, derive better information, and help make smarter decisions.

PRESENTER:

Additionally, Fred is an Adjunct Faculty Member at St. Ambrose University and has been featured in Government Executive Magazine in June of 2005 and published in Army AL&T Magazine in July/August of 2003. His successes as the Director of Strategic Planning for the United States Army are quite notable and today, Fred is a key member in leading a task force Strategic Planning committee to assure countinued growth of the Rock Island Arsenal.

The Workshop fee is $10.00 for members and $15.00 for non-members, which can be paid the day of the workshop by either cash or check.
